Special Folk Art Block Printing Session

Service Description

In this special workshop, we transfer a folk art design and carve it into soft printing blocks. The resulting stamps can be used to print on paper and cloth. For the example in the pictures, we used an original Indian Madhubani painting, and we will have other designs available for the workshop, plus you can bring something of your own if you like. We have a variety of printing papers available and in addition, you can purchase a plain canvas bag to print on for $5. If you'd like to print on a t-shirt or other piece of fabric or clothing, please feel free to bring it to the session. No experience necessary. 100% fun. Can't make Sunday, August 23?
