Get ready for a show! This is a program for adults with experience on guitar, bass, drums, keys and vocals.

Cancellation Policy

TUITION 1) Your tuition pays for enrollment, not a specific number of classes received. Tuition is paid in full on the same day each month by autopay. 2) In the case of failure to pay in full or late payments, Rock City Music reserves the right to suspend a student's participation until their current bill is settled. If we're holding you spot in that time - private lessons or a band slot - you are still accruing a charge. 3) Tuition is the same each month, regardless of how many weeks are in that month. 4) In the case of multi-student families, we do not apply credit to another family member if one student withdraws. 5) No refunds are given for missed classes or missed make up lessons. AUTHORIZATION FOR AUTO PAYMENT By enrolling in the Rock City Music program, you agree to participate in our monthly billing program (autopay). Rock City Music will initiate recurring entries to your credit card or bank account. CALENDAR The ROCK CITY MUSIC program follows our own calendar. We are not following a public school calendar, and we are open on some public holidays. MISSED CLASSES/MAKE UPS Lesson Program To be eligible for a make up lesson, we require at least 24 hours advance notice by email to rockcitymusiczone@gmail.com. We will notify you within 48 hours of makeup possibilities. We can honor a maximum of 3 make up lessons per calendar year. Please note that absences on the day of your appointment - including absences due to sickness - are not eligible for makeup classes. Should you miss your makeup lesson, you forfeit your makeup lesson credit. Band Program We cannot offer makeups for missed rehearsals. WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS In the event of inclement weather, please watch for our announcements as to whether lessons or rehearsals are canceled. If you do not hear from us, we are open. We do not offer make up lessons for weather related cancellations. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE Occasionally, we will take photos and/or videos of lessons, rehearsals, and performances to share news and information about our program with current and prospective members. By registering with us, you agree that the Rock City Music Program can use photos and videos of you or a family member enrolled in our program within our websites, brochures, flyers, social media, online marketing etc. HEARING PROTECTION At the Rock City Music Program, we recommend the use of hearing protection during band practice and drum lessons.
