Get ready for a show! This is a program for adults with experience on guitar, bass, drums, keys and vocals.

Cancellation Policy

TUITION:1) Your tuition pays for enrollment, not a specific number of classes received. Tuition is paid in full on the same day each month by autopay. 2) In the case of failure to pay in full or late payments, we reserve the right to suspend participation until the bill is settled. If we are holding you spot in that time - private lessons or a band slot - you are still accruing a charge. 3) Tuition is the same each month. There will be months where you receive up to 5 lessons. You will not be charged extra, and, conversely a credit or discount will not be applied for months where a national holiday falls on a lesson day and you receive less than 4. 4) In the case of multi-student families, we do not apply credit to another family member if one student withdraws. 5) No refunds are given for missed classes or missed make up lessons. AUTHORIZATION FOR AUTO PAYMENT: By enrolling in the RCM program, you agree to participate in our monthly billing program (autopay). RCM will initiate recurring entries to your credit card or bank account. CALENDAR: The RCM program follows its own calendar. MISSED CLASSES/MAKEUPS: To be eligible for a make-up lesson, we require at least 24 hours advance notice by email to rockcitymusiczone@gmail.com. We can honor a maximum of 3 make up lessons per calendar year. Please note that absences on the day of your appointment - including for sickness - are not eligible for makeup classes. Should you miss your makeup lesson, you forfeit your makeup lesson credit. We cannot offer makeups for missed rehearsals or group lessons. WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS In the event of inclement weather, please watch for our announcements as to whether lessons or rehearsals are canceled. We do not offer make up lessons for weather related cancellations. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: By registering with us, you agree that the RCM Program can use photos and videos of you or a family member enrolled in our program within our websites, brochures, flyers, social media, online marketing etc. HEARING PROTECTION: We recommend the use of hearing protection during band practice and drum lessons. We provide disposable earplugs. UNENROLLMENT: To withdraw from a RCM program, write to rockcitymusiczone@gmail.com with 1 full month's notice. Should you need to take a leave, we offer make up lessons per our makeup policy above. By enrolling in RCM music, you agree to our Tuition, Policies, and Procedures.
